Before You Contact Us

Include your device model, operating-system version, VitalThread version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not email passwords, API keys, exported health databases, or other sensitive records.

Diagnostics

VitalThread automatically sends a limited set of redacted, structured operational events while you are signed in. To send any pending events immediately, open Settings > Services & Settings > Logs and choose Send diagnostics now. Raw local logs are not included in that automatic upload.

For a user-reviewed export, open Data Management and choose Support Bundle. Review the bundle before sharing it. It is intended to contain diagnostic logs and app state, not credentials.

Apple Health

Confirm Apple Health permissions under iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > VitalThread, then return to VitalThread and run Sync All. Apple controls which HealthKit records are available to each app.

Account Deletion

Signed-in users can open Settings > Services & Settings > Server and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email the support address above from the address associated with your account.
