VitalThread is a product operated by Vital Intelligence Labs LLC. These terms govern your use of the product.

1. Acceptance and Scope
By using VitalThread, you agree to these terms with Vital Intelligence Labs LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and devices, and use the service only when legally permitted. You are responsible for activity performed through clients and integrations that you authorize, including scoped changes submitted by an OAuth-connected AI client. Authentication, product access, and beta participation are separate; creating or retaining an identity does not guarantee access to every product or early feature. You can manage an identity without product access through the account portal.
3. Health and Safety Notice
VitalThread is for informational and tracking purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Stop an activity and seek appropriate help if you believe it is unsafe or you may have a medical emergency.
4. AI-Assisted Features
AI-generated nutrition estimates, training recommendations, summaries, and interpretations can be incomplete or wrong. Review outputs and proposed changes before relying on or approving them. VitalThread does not guarantee that an AI system will identify an unsafe workout, medical issue, allergy, interaction, or inaccurate food estimate.
5. Your Data and Connected Services
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant Vital Intelligence Labs LLC permission to store, process, transform, synchronize, and send that content to providers you select as needed to operate requested features. Third-party authentication, fitness, health, AI, and connector services have separate terms and may change or become unavailable.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with operations. Do not upload content you lack the right to process, bypass limits, probe another user's data, introduce malicious code, or use the service to make automated high-stakes medical decisions.
7. Beta Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It is an evolving beta with no guaranteed uptime, recovery point, or support response time. Features, providers, models, data formats, and limits may change, be paused, or be removed. Beta participants agree to receive operational beta messages while participating and may leave the beta at any time; optional product and research messages remain separately controllable. Keep source copies of information that cannot be recreated.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend access to protect users, data, infrastructure, or the service, or for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service, leave the beta without deleting your account, or request deletion, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vital Intelligence Labs LLC and VitalThread are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Changes and Contact
